CARE & USE
These pieces are made to be used! Functional items are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing may increase the life span of your piece. Exceptions: if a piece is decorated with gold luster you MUST hand wash it and it CANNOT go in the microwave.
SHIPPING
We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your delicate ceramic pieces. If a piece is "Made To Order" the timeline will be noted in the description. Otherwise, please allow 3-5 days domestic ready to ship orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take care to read each product's description for dimensions and food safety details. Please note that due to the nature of handmade ceramics, your individual piece may vary slightly from the photos.
If you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged. To return a piece, please send an email to lilyglassstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
